Rex T. (Tom)'s Story
Graduated from Junction High School in 1954,attended Texas Tech University on a football scholarship. Married Bobby Lou Ogle that same year. After Tech, moved to San Marcos, Texas and entered Texas State Unuversity with studies in Biology. Worked for one year with the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department headquarted in the Mineral Wells area. es in Microbiology. In 1961, acccepted full time employment with the Texas Department of Health, headquartered in Austin. Duties involved field work in food and drug regulatory activities. Retired from the State Health Department in September 1993. After retirement, established Arbiter Investigations and Thoroughbred Records. I became known as the "PI that Picks".
Philosophical bent, "Life is too short to drink bad wine".
